dk888 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules & Policies

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Player / User / You: Any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the dk888 platform in any capacity.

• Bonus Funds: Non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to a player account subject to individual promotion terms and qualifying wagering requirements.
• Real Money Funds: PKR funds deposited by a player and/or credited as real-cash winnings, which are fully withdrawable once identity verification is complete.
• Void Bet: A bet that is cancelled and returned to the player's wallet without settlement, either due to event cancellation, manifest pricing error, or other reasons defined in these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use dk888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, bots, and automated scripts are not permitted to register accounts on dk888.
• You must register only one account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal details during registration, including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by dk888. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal or regulatory restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit you from using an online betting service. It is your personal responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to your location.

3. Account Management

Your dk888 account is personal to you and must be kept secure at all times. The following rules apply:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your dk888 account, including any bets placed whether or not you authorised them personally.
• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the dk888 support team immediately at support@dk888.online. Delays in reporting may affect our ability to assist you.
• Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be requested at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
• Accounts that have been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months with a zero balance may be deactivated at dk888's discretion. Accounts with a remaining balance will receive advance notice before any deactivation action is taken.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on dk888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount on dk888 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional verification.
• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your dk888 wallet instantly under normal conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment processor issues are outside dk888's control, though our support team will assist in resolving any such issues promptly.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission for fully verified accounts. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified players are typically completed within 3 to 5 minutes. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take 1 to 2 business days.
• dk888 does not charge players any fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond dk888's control.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Attempting to withdraw to an account not registered in your name will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being flagged for review.
• dk888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players regardless of account history.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports, virtual sports, and other markets available on dk888. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets placed on dk888 are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all selection details — team names, match details, odds, and stake — before confirming a bet. dk888 cannot accept cancellation requests for correctly priced, correctly confirmed bets.
• Bets are accepted at the price displayed at the moment of confirmation. In live (in-play) markets, prices fluctuate rapidly and dk888 accepts bets at the price at the time of bet confirmation, not the price at the time of selection.
• dk888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at a price that contained a manifest error — for example, a cricket match winner priced at 100.00 due to a technical or human pricing error, where the correct price should clearly have been substantially lower. In such cases, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the qualifying criteria for settlement are met (for example, a cricket match abandoned before the first innings is completed), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. • Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and are published in the betting rules section of the platform. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout for a single bet will be capped at that limit, regardless of the odds and stake involved.
• dk888 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time without prior notice, including for individual player accounts where betting patterns suggest professional advantage play that is not consistent with recreational use of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dk888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the individual promotion terms published on the dk888 Promotions page, in addition to these general Terms. The following general rules apply to all dk888 promotions:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet on dk888 and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") as detailed in the specific promotion terms before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus wagering contributions count fully for sports bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher, and at the specified contribution rate for casino and virtual sports products.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided or refunded will not count toward wagering requirements.
